We're growing fast and I'm looking for a leader to join us.

This isn't your typical "ops" role. We're looking for a Manager for our Marketplace Operations . Honestly, the title is the most corporate thing about it.

• In reality, you're the owner of our astrology services marketplace. You won't just be running a process;

you'll be building the engine from the ground up, working directly with the founding team (including me).

What You'll Actually Do (the Real Deal)

• Build the Playbook : You'll write the SOPs, not just follow them. Find what's broken, fix it, and make it scalable. We believe in 1% better every day.
• Be the Hub : You'll be the main point of contact for our astrologers, priests, and key partners. Build amazing relationships and make sure everything runs without a hitch.
• Find Problems, Ship Solutions : You'll be the first to spot a gap or a massive opportunity. Your job is to design the fix and actually build it to make our user experience incredible.

Drama : We don't guess. You'll own the metrics for the marketplace. Dive into the data, tell us what's really happening, and help us make smart moves, fast.

• No Silos Here : You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our product, tech, and marketing squads to get big things done.
• Lead High-Impact Projects : Got a complex new launch? It's yours to lead. You'll break down the chaos and get it across the finish line.

Who Are You

• An Ops Powerhouse & a Doer : You love making chaotic things simple. You have a proven track record of Getting It Done at scale. This is not a "delegate" role. You’ll roll up your sleeves and lead from the front. We all do.
• Thrives in the Deep End : You're comfortable with ambiguity. A fast-paced, high-impact startup environment is where you do your best work.
• Data is Your Love Language : You're comfortable in a spreadsheet and know how to turn numbers into a story (and a plan).
