Hr Manager / Recruiter

HR Manager / Recruiter – Hyderabad, India

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Recruiter to handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and payroll management for our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payroll processing, employee benefits, leave management, and compliance , along with strong recruiting and background screening skills . This role will also collaborate with our US project management team to support costing and resource allocation for projects involving both onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and leave administration.
• Coordinate with the CPA and US finance team to ensure compliance with payroll and tax requirements.
• Handle recruitment, screening, background checks, and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, timekeeping, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
• Support the US team on project costing and HR-related assignments.
