Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Account Strategy to serve as a critical bridge between business strategy, operational realities, and technology enablers. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights that directly shape our focused account hunting, pursuit, and growth strategy. This role requires a blend of deep analytical skills and the ability to translate complex client landscapes into clear commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
The Analyst will be responsible for creating a comprehensive view of the client environment, encompassing :
- Business & Operational Architecture Analysis :
- Analyze and map the client's Business Architecture , detailing how key business functions are structured, interlinked, and governed.
- Deconstruct Operational Flows and processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and areas ripe for transformation.
- Technology & Systems Mapping :
- Map the supporting Systems, Platforms, and Tools that enable core business and operational functions.
- Identify technology gaps, redundancies, and integration challenges within the client's current estate.
- Organizational & Stakeholder Insight :
- Understand the client's Organizational Structure , key Personas , and the broader Stakeholder Ecosystem to identify decision-makers and influencers.
- Opportunity Identification & Strategic Mapping :
- Determine the "Sweet Spot" where our core offerings and capabilities provide the highest value and best fit within the client's technology and business landscape.
- Develop a strategic Heat Map to highlight critical areas for engagement, pursuit planning, and resource allocation.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence :
- Provide essential Industry Insights , covering relevant market trends, strategic challenges, and digital transformation priorities.
- Assess the Competitive Landscape and current vendor ecosystem to identify Whitespace Opportunities and viable points of market differentiation.
- Sourcing & Cultural Assessment :
- Offer Sourcing Insights (e.g., Build vs. Buy, Onshore vs. Nearshore vs. Offshore vs. Rightshore preferences) and analyze the client’s historically favored Engagement Models and underlying corporate culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or a related field focusing on large enterprise accounts.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information across business, operations, and technology domains.Demonstrated ability to map Enterprise Architectures, IT Landscapes, and value chains.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational findings into compelling, executive-level commercial insights.A strategic mindset focused on translating internal capabilities into external client-specific account hunting and pursuit strategies.
