Dynamics of the Role

This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.

As a Digital & Anti-fraud Sales Specialist, he / she will be responsible to drive digital solutions & anti-fraud solution sales in large accounts by evaluating the existing processes and recommending solution leveraging value based selling approach with the clients.

What You'll Bring :

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish connect with key decision makers, CXOs and engage with the community of Risk, Fraud, Analytics, Business, Digital & Technology heads across banks and lending institutions
  • Drive Anti-fraud & Digital solutions business with increasing adoption of existing solutions & executing new product penetration
  • Understand the existing Digital & fraud risk landscape, competition benchmarking, need for Anti-fraud & Digital solutions, and define relevant use cases addressing emerging concerns
  • Understand the existing workflows of the financial institutes, identify gaps and drive value based selling
  • Define sales engagement plan and execute strategic initiatives by closely working with the respective account managers and cross-functional teams
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Transunion’s products and solutions
  • Liaison across functions such as ISG, Products, Operations & IT to ensure delivery and implementation of solutions & to manage and coordinate for resolution of member escalations and queries

Experience and Skills

  • Qualification : Master’s degree in Business Administration / Analytics / Product Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Executive presence and assertiveness.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
  • Exposure or experience in selling or implementation of technology solutions / projects
  • Tactful selling skills along with a consultative approach & analytical bent of mind
  • Good understanding of technology & analytics use cases in BFSI space
  • Result orientated and ability to deliver under strict timelines
  • Sound working knowledge of office automation software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with exceptional presentation skills

    This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
