Location : On-site – Bangalore

Role : HR Recruiter – Training & Placement

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment , HR operations , and build strategic partnerships with external companies to facilitate student placements . The candidate will also be responsible for hiring cybersecurity trainers to scale our technical training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and recruit internal team members (sales, tech, support)
  • Identify and hire qualified Cybersecurity Trainers (SOC, SIEM, Sentinel, etc.) for live and recorded sessions
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates

Placement Coordination for Students

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity companies to understand hiring needs
  • Share trained student profiles and schedule interviews with partner companies
  • Track and document placement outcomes regularly

    • HR Operations

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records
  • Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance
  • Assist with employee engagement and performance management

    • Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with HRs of cybersecurity / MSSP companies
  • Coordinate placement drives and industry collaborations
  • Organize hiring events, career fairs, and placement webinars

    • Requirements

    Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field

    1–3 years of HR / Recruitment experience (preferably in EdTech or IT industry)

    Experience or interest in recruiting tech / cybersecurity talent is a plus

    Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

    Strong networking on platforms like
