Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes for better efficiency and Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers.
Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
Proven experience in lead conversion, especially through voice-based engagement or calling.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and web analytics tools.
