We're building the next-gen essentials brand -bold, fast, and trust first.

About the Role :

We’re not looking for a traditional marketer.

We're hiring a brand-first growth hacker who can build Rapsap into India’s most loved name in essentials retail.

From ATL to performance, and footfall to loyalty — you’ll own the full marketing engine.

Think of this role as the CMO of the battlefield , not just a brand guardian.

What You’ll Own :

  • Shape the brand voice, visual identity, and communication strategy
  • Drive traffic & conversions across both app and physical stores
  • Build and lead performance marketing across paid + organic channels
  • Own content, SEO, influencer and campaign performance
  • Scale customer retention via CRM, loyalty & re-engagement
  • Build and track key growth metrics—CAC, LTV, ROAS, NPS, etc.

We’re Looking For :

  • Experience in brand, digital, or D2C marketing
  • Bonus : experience in retail, Q-commerce or FMCG
  • Ability to balance performance with creative
  • Sharp storyteller who understands consumer psychology
  • Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
