UnAbandon AI is building the Single Source of Intelligence (SSOI) for Retail / B2C Enterprises, aiming to replace traditional systems with intelligence-powered stacks. Our mission is to empower retailers with cost-effective AI running on purpose-built Domain Language Models (DLM), making retail intelligent, agile, and customer-centric from operations to customer experience (CX). We are addressing the challenges of omnichannel retailers who struggle with seamless supply-demand harmony. Together, we aim to maximize data-driven confidence in merchandising to marketing.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an India Lead for the AI, Data and UX Engineering Hub. This role will lead and drive hire-to-retire responsibilities for UnAbandon AI in India. We would operate in a remote-first mode assembling a rockstar team of engineering, data experts, AI leaders and UX experts.

The India Lead will oversee the development and implementation of Retail Genie and APIs, manage cross-functional data, AI engineering teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Daily tasks include coordinating between software development, front-end development, and UX / UI design teams, developing innovative solutions for retail challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Front-End Development and Visual Design
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and User Experience Design (UED)
• Experience in Software Development
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
• Previous experience in the retail industry or with AI technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
