About the Role

Join our Work Injuries team in our Craigieburn office as a Lawyer (2 - 5 years PAE) on a full-time, permanent basis. In joining the team, you will become part of our experienced group of specialised Lawyers who are passionate about extending justice to everyone who needs it. A key focus of this role will be to provide a seamless client experience, supporting our clients to get favourable outcomes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent, client-focused Lawyer with Work Cover experience. You will have sound legal technical skills and be experienced in managing your own file load, with demonstrated decision making and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meeting with clients, and taking instructions
• Review and analysis of records
• Drafting written communications to clients
• Briefing medical experts, and allied health professionals
• Drafting court documents
• Attending court for procedural hearings
• Briefing and liaising with barristers
