Lead- Civil (Government Projects)

What you will own

Decode government project briefs (PWD, Municipal, Infrastructure, School / Residential setups) into civil execution requirements

Review architectural drawings, site layouts, structural designs, and convert them into BOQs, costing sheets, manpower loading, and timelines

Build DPRs, project plans, and solution documents for tenders / proposals

Liaise with PWD, government engineers, on-site officials, and vendor partners — and drive approvals

Troubleshoot on ground-level issues — design deviations, contractor dependencies, escalation with government bodies etc.

Ensure quality, compliance, and timeline discipline across civil deliverables

Drive site audits, site assessment reports, material selection, and vendor technical evaluation

Own the technical narrative in presentations to government stakeholders

What you bring

8+ years of hands-on civil engineering experience

Must have worked on government projects — not theoretical involvement

Direct liaison experience with PWD or similar state engineering wings

Strong command over drawings, DPR preparation, estimation, costing, and technical documentation

Comfortable moving between site visits and boardroom discussions

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
