Objectives of this role :
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
- Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary

Plan and implement employee policiesWork with the management to develop organisational guidelinesAdminister human resources plans for all employees in the companyPlan design and implement OD InterventionsIdentify training needs and deliver the necessary plans accordinglyImplement and administer compensation programsDraft job descriptions, job offers and termination lettersTrain and offer support to junior members of the HR teamPerform some major activities related to the company's workflowMonitor benefits administration and claims resolutionProactively find ways to improve policies and procedures.Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and seek their assistance when necessaryOffer advice on employee retention and performance managementConduct recruiting, counselling and exit interviews when necessaryMaintain employee records and make decisions to help achieve company goalsResearch new HR trendsRequired skills and qualifications :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessAptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policiesAdvanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
