Job Purpose

To manage and reconcile inventory across the yard and warehouse ensuring accuracy system discipline and audit compliance. The role demands expertise in SAP advanced Excel capabilities and proactive coordination to support dispatch readiness and cost control.

Your Responsibilities would be :

Inventory Control

• Maintain real-time inventory records of vehicles spare parts and consumables using SAP
• Conduct daily physical verification and reconcile with system stock
• Monitor vehicle movement (inbound / outbound) and ensure timely updates in SAP
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies with root cause analysis

Qualifications & Skills

Education : Graduate in Logistics Supply Chain or Commerce.

Experience : 35 years in inventory roles within automotive logistics or warehousing.

Technical Skills : SAP (MM / WM modules) Advanced Excel (pivot tables formulas dashboards) inventory reconciliation.

Soft Skills : Detail-oriented analytical dependable communicator.
