The goal is identification, testing & development of innovative solutions & initiatives, boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include making effective sales strategy & Policies, drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Training & development of field team on new initiatives & innovative service offerings Techno commercial skills Promotion of service as a product Creation of opportunities through strategy and product innovations.Experience 12 -15 YearsIndustry Preferred Qualifications BE (Mech / Ele) / DME / DEEGeneral Requirements Proven abilities in leading sales team. Experience in customer support is a plus Strong knowledge in Gas & Diesel Engine & Genset industry with AMF / Synchronizing panel Knowledge of solar, Li Ion battery, telecom equipment’s & emission control devises are required Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Communication & negotiation skills with time management. Expertise in Project management inclusive of materials planning, scheduling, procurement & distribution as per requirements. Market knowledge Estimation & Costing of project / repair. Resourceful in providing technical solutions
