Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in backend development using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with MongoDB database management and optimization. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience working with Kubernetes and AWS. Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or a similar role. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API development. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize backend performance. Work-from-home environment. Opportunity to work with European clients and a global audience. Grow Your Staff is looking for a Backend Engineer for a Computer Software firm in Germany. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in Germany.
Experience required : 5 years+
CTC : 15-20 LPA
Time : 1 PM to 10 PM IST (Monday-Friday)
Location : Remote

Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript.
- Design, implement, and optimize database solutions using MongoDB.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.
- Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including Kubernetes and AWS-based deployments.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through best practices in DevOps and backend development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend development and deployment.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best software engineering practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
