Onextel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Gurgaon team. The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The individual will act as a trusted advisor, positioning Onextel's solutions as integral to clients' success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition : Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise customers within the BFSI domain, ensuring alignment with Onextel's strategic goals.
  • Account Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Solution Selling : Understand client needs and present customized solutions that address their business challenges and objectives, aligning Onextel's services with their goals.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the BFSI sector to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Track sales metrics, prepare accurate forecasts, and report progress to senior management regularly.
  • Requirements, qualifications and experience :

    Skills :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales in the CPaaS telecommunications industry.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose actionable
  • solutions.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving
  • abilities.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Full-time position, with working hours typically from 9 : 30 am to 6 : 30pm Mondays till Fridays.
  • Based at Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurugram location
