Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 6–8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, act as a SCRUM Master, and possess hands-on experience with Postman and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a SCRUM Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.

Use Postman to validate APIs and support integration testing.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.

Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills :

Proven experience as a SCRUM Master in agile environments.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Proficiency in Postman for API testing and validation.

Solid testing background, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.

Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.

Familiarity with business process modeling and data analysis.

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
