Lead User Experience (UX) Design Strategist

Primary Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX strategy and design, including hands-on work, for high-impact digital projects and initiatives across mobile, web, and responsive platforms.
• Lead UX designers in the work to translate business and user needs into clear, usable, and elegant design solutions.
• Work closely with other Principal Designers, UX Directors, and Product Owners to ensure consistency and alignment across products.
• Engage directly in design reviews, strategy sessions, and planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee and guide the creation user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Contribute to, leverage, and help evolve the bank's design system and accessibility standards.
• Partner with UX researchers to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Use data and feedback to iterate and improve user experiences.
• Provide guidance and feedback to mid-level and junior designers.
• Help foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, learning, and design excellence.
