Job Description : Objective :

Digital products and services make up an important part of Airbus’s customer services offering post the sale of aircraft. These products are aimed at bringing in operational efficiency by optimizing various operations like maintenance operations, flight planning, ground handling etc.

Our team, Digital Business growth aims to understand the needs of the customer better, propose and show value of our digital solutions which could help the airlines improve their operations and help deploying them once post purchase.

To be effective, we need to have up to date information on the current state of our customers such as airlines, lessors, their business focus, digital transformation vision & strategy, the solutions they use and so on. During the internship you will get an opportunity to understand the ways of working of the various business functions of AIRBUS and in specific gain experience in the digital customer services.

Main activities :

Asset Management Market Intelligence

  • Detailed analysis of the aviation asset management market along with the current trends and future estimations to determine the key investment areas.
  • Key drivers, Constraints, and opportunities along with challenges of the aviation asset management market
  • Research and in depth competition analysis of the market players in the Aircraft Asset Management area

Recommendation capturing pros and cons of the market players that are potential for Airbus Digital Alliance partnership in the region and globally that would help in taking further strategic steps

Airlines & Airport Intelligence

Thorough research on Airlines and Airports in the South Asia region and others on their operating model, fleet, operations, revenue drivers, digital solutions used, future growth strategy etc.

Identify their appetite for Digital solutions and how they fit into their strategy as of today.

Identify Market players in the digital solutions space and latest developments, the strengths and weaknesses in the solutions offered.

Identify the areas where our portfolio of digital solutions fit in airline and airport journeys (specific to each airline and airport considered).

Customer Feedback Management

To understand the current As-Is process for customer feedback management across SD (Stage of the process, intended audience, tools used, current process to analyse)

To industrialize the way we manage the customer feedback we receive (qualitative   and quantitative, through various channels, at different stages of digital products lifecycle)

To simplify processes and harmonize practices.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
