Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Surat office. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to scope. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and maintaining project documentation. The Project Manager will also identify risks, allocate resources effectively, and ensure project goals align with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Proficiency in risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in stakeholder communication and teamwork
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in managing IT or software development projects is a plus
