Position : Relationship Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional guidance on property buying, selling, and leasing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
- Conduct property meetings, and negotiations.
- Stay updated on market trends , available inventory, competitor movements, and pricing.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and admin teams to ensure smooth deal closures .
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client details, and transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales / lease targets .
- Promote company projects, new launches, and investment opportunities.
- Represent the company in property exhibitions, open houses, and marketing events.
Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or leasing.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong customer service approach.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).What we offer :
