Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Implementation Team ,

responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of Convin's SaaS product deployment for

clients. This role requires a strong background in technical project management, SaaS

implementation, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving to ensure seamless

and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution : Develop, manage, and execute project plans,

ensuring timely and quality delivery of Convin’s solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal

    • teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

  • Technical Implementation Oversight : Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and

    • Customer Success teams to ensure smooth integration and customization of

    Convin’s platform.

  • Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and dependencies, implementing

    • proactive mitigation strategies.

  • Process Optimization : Continuously improve implementation frameworks, best

    • practices, and methodologies for efficient deployments.

  • Monitoring & Reporting : Track project progress, report key metrics, and ensure

    • alignment with business goals.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product

    • teams to enhance the client onboarding experience.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience : 3-5years of experience in technical project management, SaaS

    • implementation, or enterprise software deployment.

  • Project Management Expertise : Strong knowledge of project management

    • methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks.

  • Technical Acumen : Understanding of SaaS products, APIs, system integrations,

    • and cloud-based deployments.

  • Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure quick

    • resolution during implementation.

  • Communication & Leadership : Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management

    • skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams.

  • Tools & Platforms : Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Asana,

    • Trello, or Monday.com, and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot,

    Salesforce).

  • Process-Driven Approach : Ability to define, optimize, and document

    • implementation processes.

    Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI / ML-driven SaaS implementations or Conversation Intelligence

    • tools.

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data analytics tools, or scripting languages for

    • troubleshooting and analysis.
