Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additional duties involve networking to identify talent pools and keeping up-to-date with recruitment trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
• Proficiency in managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requisitions
• Exposure to recruitment trends and networking platforms
• Familiarity with HR practices and local employment regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in a similar role
