You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovative AI initiatives that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI projects, from conceptualization and architecture to implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with international clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
• Architect scalable, efficient, and robust AI models and systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the AI development team.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and project delivery timelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends, techniques, and tools, continuously bringing innovative ideas to projects.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating project progress and impact.
• Ensure all AI models and systems meet security, compliance, and ethical standards.
