Job descriptionSystem Management : Proactive management of daily tasks for systems and services. Compliance : Overseeing patching and upgrades to meet standards like PCI DSS, ISO27001, and Cyber Essentials+. Support : Managing third-line support and acting as a key escalation point. Performance : Monitoring and managing the capacity and performance of team-owned assets. Documentation : Ensuring creation and maintenance of support knowledge articles and wikis. Automation : Managing the development of scripts to automate manual operational tasks. Business Continuity : Overseeing the testing and invocation of disaster recovery plans. Team Leadership : Managing the team's training, performance, and the transition of new services into operations.
