Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Smartlight, located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing overall HR activities. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, conducting performance evaluations, creating recruitment plans, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Knowledge of and compliance with labor laws and regulations
