Job Summary
The Apprentice is responsible for assist in preparing and posting journal entries, support month-end and year-end close
processes, and reconcile and prepare support for balance sheet accounts. This role requires strong attention to detail,
organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Principal Accountabilities

- Preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Support for month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile and prepare support for balance sheet general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Financial data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Maintenance of accurate financial records.

A solid foundation in accounting principles and financial statements.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for identify and resolving financial issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.A curious and continuous learning mindset.Experience & Education
Entry Level (Freshers).Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Willingness to take on responsibility and challenges.What we offer
