HR Operations Lead

Location : Mohali / Chandigarh

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in Payroll Management , PF & ESI Compliance , and Employee Documentation .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing and attendance data.
• Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Law & statutory compliance.
• Maintain employee files, onboarding & exit documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of government returns and compliance reports.
• Managing HR related queries and maintaining a healthy work environment.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Management for HR related processes & reports.
