We are hiring an IT Recruiter in sourcing & screening IT talent (C2H Hiring exp. is mandatory).

Responsibilities :

Source & screen candidates for IT requirements

Coordinate interviews & manage candidate pipeline

Ensure timely closures & great candidate experience

Requirements :

1–3 years of IT recruitment experience

Hands-on with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Location : Janakpuri West, New Delhi
