Job Title : SAP OCM / Training Lead

Contract Duration : Short Term (6 Months, Extendable)

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead to support our global SAP implementation rollout. This part-time contract role (initially 6 months) may extend as the project evolves. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and end-user adoption across complex SAP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute the change management and training strategy for SAP rollout projects.
• Develop and implement OCM plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement frameworks .
• Conduct training needs analysis and design role-based training programs aligned with SAP modules.
• Create, curate, and manage training materials, e-learning content, and job aids .
• Collaborate with functional leads and SMEs to ensure effective knowledge transfer .
• Perform change impact assessments and define mitigation plans.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and manage global training rollouts.
• Track adoption readiness and monitor post-go-live user feedback .
• Partner with PMO and HR teams to align change initiatives with organizational transformation goals.
