Job descriptionA minimum of 8-9 years of manual testing experience with a significant focus being on test engineering on software implementation projectsHaving minimum of 4-5 years of Salesforce Commerce cloud / Demandware testing and 2-3 years in leading QA teams and directly reporting to client stakeholdersHave experience in different configuration in Business Manager like promotionsHave strong experience in storefront testing, Site settings, configurationsExperience testing different markets / countries deploymentExperience to Agile / JIRA or any test management toolStrong analytical and communication skillsPassion to maintain a high degree of qualityIn-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologiesIdentify risks involved in the team and highlight stakeholders, proactive communicationSFCC testing ongoing implementation project in Commerce cloud, or Demandware experienceWork closely with the internal and external design / test teams in identifying problemsAdopting to client work cultureExcellent in tracking team deliverable, identify any risks and cascade to project stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsI am willing to learn project related automation toolsGood experience in QA Team managementExperience in direct interaction with US / UK client stakeholdersHave experience in managing multi country SFCC Region roll out QA teamsExperience in providing weekly QA status report to internal / external stakeholdersWilling to work 50% as QA lead and 50% as an individual contributor.Facilitate, Mentor and groom team resources.Experience is creating test strategy, test plan for the QA team which includes both Manual and Automation backlogs
