Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Store goods in designated locations safely and systematically.
- Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock receipts, issues, and returns.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners (if certified).
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for inventory availability and movement.
- Report damaged or expired goods and arrange for proper disposal or returns.
- Support warehouse audits and assist in process improvements.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred.Forklift certification is a plus.Basic computer skills for inventory management software.Skills and Competencies :
