What You’ll Do

• Assist in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaigns to drive high-intent traffic & conversions
• Own the marketing funnel — from ad click to conversion and retention
• Build and optimize email + cold outreach campaigns for both B2C and B2B segments
• Manage retargeting, and lead nurturing to maximise sales
• Analyse performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS, open rates) and continuously optimize
• Collaborate with creative, product & sales teams to align on growth goals
• Social media marketing - Handle BoostGrad's Social media and work with content creation team to increase engagement on BoostGrad's social media.
