Experience in specific segments like SME lending, mortgage, personal loans, or commercial credit is advantageous.

- The Credit Underwriter is responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of applicants—individuals or businesses—by analysing financial data, credit reports, and risk factors. The role ensures that lending decisions are sound, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s credit policy.
- Sell credit-related Loan Products , reaching out to new and existing customers .
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and eligibility clearly to clients
- Achieve sales targets by generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, cross-selling, and customer retention strategies
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving user queries, activating cards / lines, and ensuring satisfaction
