Responsibilities :
Recruit casual staff in given timeline as per company plan.
Ensure timely submission of all statutory compliances returns.
Planning of Annual Budget.
Ensure monthly attendance monitoring & salary distribution of Casual Staff on time.
Training & Development
Identifying training needs & develop training plan accordingly.
DOJO handling experience preferred.
Exp- 2 to 5 years
Qualification : MBA / MSW
