Senior Associate - AR Cash Applications

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Application of credit card, check, wire, ACH, direct debit payments from customers in SAP for UK/EU regions from shared services center in India
• Meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks
• Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc.
• Improve the overall cash application process
• Coordinating with stakeholders to bring resolution on pending cases
• Participating in monthly reviews with internal/external stakeholders in absence of team leader
• Mailbox management
• Creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for management
• Creation of monthly MIS and daily quality check for EU/UK/AuNZ regiosn
• Provide month-end support to ensure smooth month-end ledger closure
• Performing netting, refunds, GL clearing and other relevant activities while adhering to KPIs
• Supporting in automation projects with data, test cases etc.
• Supporting as backup for critical resources in cases of unplanned absence
• Providing guidance to junior team members

What You Need to Succeed

• M. Com or B. Com (or similar), with prior experience in accounting, preferable cash application for EU/UK region
