Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential leads (students, parents, etc.) to inform them about several educational courses. Contact potential enquiries via call or messages to introduce the courses. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about programs, fees, admission procedures etc. to the students. Maintain regular communication with prospective students to address their queries and concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interaction with students. Skills & Qualifications- Min.1-4 years of experience in calling, counselling, lead generation, sales, or business development. A bachelor's / Master’s degree. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Should have good convincing & negotiation skills. Should be familiar with MS office. Should have multitasking abilities. Ability to achieve target in a given time.
