Job description

Locations : Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience : 4+ years in D365

We have below requirements for one of our Big4 client :

1) Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional Retail

2) Microsoft Dynamics F&O Technical Retail

3) Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional Finance

4) Microsoft Dynamics F&O Functional SCM-Manufacturing and Production

Certifications : Minimum two relevant Microsoft certifications

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) , specifically within the Finance module.
  • Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions , translating business needs into effective functional and technical solutions.
  • Configure and implement Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Project Management .
  • Prepare and own all project documentation such as Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Functional Design, and Training materials .
  • Collaborate with the development team to test, validate, and deploy system enhancements.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps or similar project management tools for tracking and reporting project tasks.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for financial systems and process optimization.
  • Estimate effort and time requirements for assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and task delegation to team members, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
  • Identify issues proactively, escalate as necessary, and coordinate effective resolutions.

Required Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong understanding of finance business processes and integration across ERP modules.
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration and functional testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project and fixed asset accounting within D365 F&O.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.
