Job Title : Network Support Engineer (Weekend (Thurs to Monday) – Remote) Location : Remote within India

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality remote network support to enterprise customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex routing, switching, wireless, and security problems across LAN and WAN environments

Support and resolve incidents related to DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN

Collaborate with global engineering teams to escalate and document product issues, driving improvement and innovation

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content

Contribute to continuous process improvement within the Network Support Division

Desirable Certifications : Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) in Routing & Switching or Wireless

Required Skills & Experience :

Excellent English communication skills. Clear, respectful, and proactive communication is essential to maintaining strong client and customer relationships.

Strong technical knowledge across Routing, Switching, and Wireless (LAN / WAN) Experience supporting DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN solutions Proven troubleshooting and analytical ability within large-scale enterprise networks

Strong documentation and collaboration skills

Self-driven, reliable, and adaptable to remote working environments
