Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented IT Procurement Professionalwith 10-12 years of proven expertise for strategic sourcing and procurement of ITproducts and services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procuring IT hardware, software, cloud services, SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, and professional services. The role requires end-to-end ownership of procurement activities, supplier relationship management, commercial negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and procurement governance.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Procurement & Sourcing: End-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, data center infrastructure, and technology services. Proven experience in procurement of IT infrastructure, software licensing,cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, and managed services. Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with businessobjectives and technology roadmaps. Manage the complete sourcing lifecycle, including requirement gathering,market assessment, RFI/RFP/RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiations, and contract award. Drive competitive bidding and supplier selection to achieve optimumcommercial and technical outcomes.Commercial & Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, SLAs, licensing models,support agreements, renewals, and long-term contracts. Ensure timely execution of contracts in collaboration with Legal, Finance,Information Security, and business stakeholders. Manage contract renewals, amendments, vendor obligations, and commercialrisk throughout the contract lifecycle. Deliver measurable cost savings while optimizing Total Cost of Ownership(TCO).Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, systemintegrators, cloud providers, and technology partners. Conduct supplier performance reviews, governance meetings, and businessreviews to improve service quality and vendor performance. Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Finance, Legal, Risk, and businessteams to understand procurement requirements and deliver timely sourcingsupport. Act as a trusted procurement advisor to business stakeholders on sourcingstrategies and commercial decisions.Required Skills & Competencies: Strategic Sourcing & Category Management IT Hardware, Software, SaaS & Cloud Procurement Cybersecurity & Telecom Procurement Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management Vendor Relationship & Performance Management Procurement Governance & Compliance Cost Optimization & Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Procurement Analytics & Spend Management Risk Assessment & Business Continuity Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration ERP/eProcurement Platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, etc.) Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Exposure to European procurement and regulatory requirements will bepreferred.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
