Management Accountant

The Role

We're looking for a driven Management Accountant to join our Finance team our Head Office in Subiaco.

You'll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting across the business, supporting the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycle, and taking ownership of our Fixed Asset function. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accountant who thrives on accuracy, enjoys partnering with the wider business, and wants to make a genuine impact on how we report and manage our finances.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will focus on ensuring disciplined financial management practices are maintained while supporting the daily activities of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly management reports for business units within deadline
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including ad hoc reporting as required
• Support business units with budget and forecast preparation
• Monitor project budgets and maintain robust financial controls for accurate cost forecasting
• Own the fixed asset process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and capital policies
• Coordinate bi-annual stocktakes and post stock-take adjustments
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and clearing variances
• Provide support to team members and the Finance Manager

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• CA/CPA Membership
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial accounting experience.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to a high-performance culture
• Experience with Dynamics 365
