Multi Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team. As a Multi Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our property's facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our guests.

• Perform diverse duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property facilities and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all property systems and infrastructure
• Identify and address safety issues promptly, taking immediate corrective action when necessary
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and load limits
• Test and maintain various equipment, including motors, heaters, and controls, using standard test equipment
• Oversee and maintain fire alarm systems, adhering to established protocols and standards
• Assist guests with inquiries about property facilities in a helpful and informative manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance

Qualifications

• Secondary / High school education.
• Trade Certificate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise.
• Good reading and verbal proficiency in English language.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and load management.
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using standard test equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Physical capability to perform various maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant building maintenance experience is a plus.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
