As an Interiors Sales Manager, you will spearhead the sales efforts in the interior design sector. Based in Hyderabad, this full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth and establishing strong business relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- B2B Sales (Mandatory skill) : Demonstrated ability to close sales in a business-to-business environment, focusing on generating revenue for interior design services.
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) : Proven experience in identifying and qualifying potential clients to expand the customer base effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in the interior design sector.Maintain a deep understanding of the interior design market and leverage insights to adjust sales strategies effectively.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and networking efforts.Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.Conduct product presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase interior design services and secure sales.Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and adherence to company policies.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
