Manager- Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for a specialty chemicals manufacturing company based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hiring for manufacturing, and corporate functions, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What You Will Do

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding the requirement to onboarding the candidate
• Work closely with business heads and department leaders to understand hiring needs and build a strong pipeline
• Handle hiring across levels — junior, mid, and senior management
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and headhunting
• Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines without compromising on quality

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with HODs and business leaders to align on job requirements, candidate profiles, and timelines
• Provide regular hiring updates and MIS reports to HR leadership and management
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring experience

Employer Branding

• Represent the company on job platforms and professional networks
• Work on initiatives to improve the company's visibility as an employer of choice
• Support campus hiring and build relationships with relevant institutes where needed

Process & Systems

• Implement and maintain an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for efficient hiring management
• Define and improve recruitment processes, TAT benchmarks, and quality metrics
• Maintain accurate data on open positions, closures, offer dropouts, and joining ratios

What We Are Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sectors
• Proven track record of hiring for technical, R&D, and plant-based roles alongside corporate functions
• Good understanding of chemical/manufacturing org structures and functional roles
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously without losing focus
• Experience working with recruitment consultants and managing vendor relationships
• Comfortable with data — hiring dashboards, TAT tracking, and reporting to leadership

Education

• MBA / PGDM in HR from a recognised institute
