  • Lead strong offer negotiations to secure top talent within budget and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth hiring decisions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data using Excel for reporting and insights.''1. 36 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven expertise in offer negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced Excel skills for hiring analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to influence business decisions to achieve hiring goals.
  • Familiarity with Workday ATS or similar tools (preferred)
  • Strong communication and research skills.
