Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager and we are launching Branch in Tumkur location.

Training location : Bangalore

Job location : Tumkur

The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the center, ensure excellent patient care, manage staff, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical professionals, implementing operational policies, managing budgets, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare management or a related field with Counselling knowledge
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong skills in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and medical professionals
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
