Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Staff Strength: Approximately 15 employees

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom in Manek Chowk. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and a strong interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product features, designs, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Assist in showroom display, product presentation, and maintaining a professional store environment.
• Coordinate with the showroom team for smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Maintain proper follow-up with prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidate preferred.
• Fresher candidates can apply.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling and convincing abilities.
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
• Strong interest in jewellery retail sales and customer service.
• Willingness to learn about jewellery products and sales techniques.
• Candidates with prior jewellery/showroom sales experience will be an added advantage.
