Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers and clients regarding products and requirements.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Develop a proper understanding of the company's products and their applications.
Prepare, explain, and share quotations with customers.
Handle regular email communication with clients.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and requirements.
Coordinate with the internal team for product availability, pricing, and customer requirements.
Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Explain product specifications and basic technical details to customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Support the sales and marketing team in day-to-day activities.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Good email drafting and communication skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements.
Good knowledge of quotation preparation and follow-up.
Ability to understand and explain products clearly.
Basic understanding of chemical products will be an advantage.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Confident and professional approach while communicating with customers.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and basic computer operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidate with 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Customer Coordination, or a similar role.
Candidates with a Chemical/Science educational background will be preferred.
Should be able to understand chemical products and their applications.
Should have good communication skills and confidence while dealing with customers.
Should be comfortable handling emails, quotations, and regular follow-ups.
