Deputy Manager - Production

Join our production team as a Senior Operator II and play a key role in delivering high-quality products through precise assembly and inspection. This hands-on position offers the chance to work independently, solve problems, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. What will you do? Assemble components and products to exact specifications while ensuring quality at every step Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to verify adherence to standards Identify equipment malfunctions or process issues and report them promptly to maintain efficiency Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and optimize workflows What are the key skills we are looking for?
