Job Summary :
As a Quadient Developer with over 5 years of experience, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication solutions using Quadient Scaler, Interactive, and Designer tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end solutions, focusing on creating dynamic, personalized communications for clients and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Development and Customization :
- Develop and implement customer communication solutions using Quadient Scaler, Interactive, and Designer tools to meet client specifications.
- Quadient Scaler :
- Work with Quadient Scaler to automate the generation of personalized documents, ensuring effective scaling for high-volume transactional communications.
- Quadient Designer :
- Design and configure document templates and layouts using Quadient
- Designer to create visually compelling, personalized customer communications, including emails, print, and interactive documents.
- Quadient Interactive :
- Develop interactive customer-facing documents using Quadient Interactive, enabling customers to engage with and respond to dynamic, personalized content.
- System Integration :
- Integrate Quadient solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to ensure seamless data flow and enhance business processes.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of customized communication solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Support :
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Quadient-based solutions, resolving issues related to document generation, layout, and integration with other systems.
- Optimization and Improvement :
- Continuously optimize and enhance the performance of deployed solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and efficient for high-volume production.
- Quality Assurance :
- Perform unit testing and coordinate with QA teams to ensure that all developed solutions meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
Qualifications :
Experience :6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Quadient Scaler, Interactive, and Designer components / tools.In-depth experience with Quadient Inspire suite, particularly in designing, automating, and personalizing documents and communicationsTechnical Skills :
Expertise in Quadient Scaler, Interactive, and Designer tools for document composition, automation, and interactivity.Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript for creating interactive communications.Proficient in SQL and relational databases, particularly with integration to document generation and data rFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques for connecting Quadient solutions with external systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).Education :A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Problem-Solving Skills :Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on optimizing solutions for performance and scalability.Communication Skills :Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients, and effectively document solution requirements and technical processes.Preferred Qualifications :
