UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
  
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
  
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  
• Design responsive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
  
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and style guides
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  
• Improve product usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
  
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals
  
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and problem-solving approach
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
  
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles
  
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
  
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
  
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startups or agile product teams
  
• Familiarity with interaction design and micro-interactions
  
• Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics platforms
  
• Experience designing SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or mobile-first products (customize as needed)
